We are honoured to share a recent event of significant importance to the coir industry and our legacy: the participation of our CEO, Mr Arjun Mahadevan, in a key meeting with the Honourable Vice President of India, C P Radhakrishnan.
Held at Raviz Kollam, this gathering brought together the Senior Members of the Federation of Coir Exporters Association (FICEA) to discuss the future and growth of this vital industry.

Our CEO, Mr Arjun Mahadevan, was present not only as the head of Travancore Cocotuft but also in his capacity as the President of the Coir Shippers Council, demonstrating his active leadership in shaping the export policies of the sector.
The Vice President, Shri C P Radhakrishnan, has a profound connection to the industry, having served as the Chairman of the Coir Board from 2016 to 2020, a period marked by his efforts to increase coir exports.
Travancore Cocotuft Private Limited stands on a foundation of over a century of experience, dating back to 1917, committed to sustainable practices and Kerala's rich coir heritage.

A truly special moment of the event was the presentation of a unique memento, a stunning portrait woven in wool.
This impressive piece was crafted by Wilton Weavers, a proud member of the Travancore Group, highlighting the extensive craftsmanship within our broader group. The portrait was presented by:
